Celebrate the beginning of summer with Strawberry Fest!
Strawberry Fest is a family festival that features a downtown art/craft fair with more than 100 vendors from across the Midwest, strawberry shortcake, a children’s costume contest, live entertainment, great food and more. Strawberry Fest is a great way to celebrate the beginning of summer!

- Taste of Waupaca in Strawberry Lane Café from 9am-4pm
- Arts & Craft Show - Artisans from across the Midwest from 9am-4pm
- Bands
All Berry Booth – Fresh locally grown strawberries for sale from 10am-4pm - Trivia contest – Answer strawberry trivia for a chance at a $50 Waupaca Area Chamber Gift Certificate. 9 AM – 4 PM. Fulton Street
- Shortcake Tent – Serving strawberry shortcake $2.00/person from 9am- until it’s gone!
- Model Railroad Show – Located in the Waupaca Recreation Center from 10 am – 5 pm.
- Strawberry Shortcake Eating Contest – 12 noon near the Strawberry Shortcake tent on Fulton Street. See Waupaca folks eat Strawberry Shortcake in a contest – the winner gets to donate at least $300 to the charity of his or her choice!
- Strawberry Activities at Turner’s Farm Market – Hayrides to the field for pick-your-own strawberries, kids berry smile photo contest, barrel train rides, and chocolate covered berries.
- Kids Alley – In Riverview Park behind Main Street wtih Dizzy D Clown from 9 am – 3 pm; Lil’ Strawberry Sally & Sam Contest at 11 AM; Mighty Waupaca River Duck Race at 3:30 PM.
Shuttle Service – FREE – Look for the Tractors with the trailers.
Information Booth – Located at the corner of Main and Fulton Streets.
Restrooms – Located behind Main and Fulton Streets; Kid’s Alley and Session Street.
Sunday, June 17
- Lions Fly-In/Drive-In Pancake Breakfast - Located at the Waupaca Municipal Airport. 8 am – 12 noon.
- Model Railroad Show – Located in the Waupaca Recreation Center. 10 am – 3 pm.
- Strawberry Activities at Turner’s Farm Market - A special strawberry treat for all dads!
