Downtown Waupaca on the Square.
A juried fine arts festival and multidimensional celebration of the arts. This event takes place on the Waupaca Town Square and includes a 24-hour theatrical installatino, arts workshops, an expanded farmer’s market, entertainment stages and street performers. This is a participatory festival, visitors can view and create their own art.
